Once an order has been approved by the customer, it is sent directly into production and cannot be cancelled or modified. Due to the customized nature of our products, no refunds will be issued after approval.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not meet your specifications, you must report the issue within five (5) business days of receiving the product. You can file a claim by contacting us at:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos.
We may request: Digital photos to verify the issue. Return of the defective item(s), at your expense, for further inspection.
If the claim is validated, zapdtf.com may: Issue a reprint at no additional cost, OR Offer a refund, depending on the circumstances.
Reprints are subject to production timelines and material availability. Refunds or reprints will not be issued for: Customer-approved errors, color variation due to differences between screen and printed output, or incorrect file setup or low-resolution artwork provided by the customer. We strongly recommend reviewing all proofs carefully before approval.
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by courier services or for any loss due to delay. Refunds for expedited shipping or rush production fees are not guaranteed unless the issue is proven to be the fault of zapdtf.com or our carrier.
Color output may vary slightly due to differences in printers, inks, substrates, and screen settings. zapdtf.com does not guarantee an exact color match between proofs and final products.
